I wont paste all the pics up that i got, but heres a taster of how much work i done so far. Here goes......

It stated like this..

My old yella bus project Nokia28

My old yella bus project Nokia29

My old yella bus project Nokia30

it was on the raod but very tired and very slightly rotten..

My old yella bus project Nokia31

so we went to this..

My old yella bus project Nokia17

and then this..

My old yella bus project Nokia59

but it started to get better after this point..

My old yella bus project 13102010591

so....now ive got doors on and lined up, steps in and a solid front end.

My old yella bus project 23022011725

Ive done both lower b'posts, all three sections of sill on drivers side, chasis repairs, right rear battery tray/corner and working on rear arch now

Oh, ive bare metalled the whole van (there were 9 layers of paint on it including the brush painted yella lol lol )

Ive still got loads to do, but enjoying every minute of it

ps, i had never welded before taking this on so its been a learning curve

Enjoy

Cool!!

Right then this mornings work went well, I've stepped the edge of the side panel and got my rear arch fitting snug but ran out of time to weld it in.

it depends whether u are doing a skin or a front cut

a skin wouldnt be to bad cos u have got somthing to line it upto but there are some shite pressings about which make life a little more challenging

the thing with a cut is that i came of another van so is more than likly a genuine panel so it sholud fit abit better but mine was a bit of a bugger to get door gaps.

and u gotta make sure the screen fits obviously with both

hope that all makes sense confused confused lol
