removing window glass

Hiya

has anyone got any tips/hints on how to remove window glass, without cutting the rubber.

basically we tried tonight and wimped out, didnt want to break the glass

I NEED to fit my pop-outs!!

Ill pop around tomorrow night and we'll get them out, theres a bit of a nack folding the seal in.

i spect i can do it for you . but if the glass is brital and dose brake then i cant take the blame .

if your putting pop outs in wont you be puting difrunt rubbers in anyway ?

You could always be there with cupped hands to catch the pop outs .
