I managed to drive to Banbury one handed - changing gear with a suction cup mounted to my head. At Banbury the fever from the infection became too much, I fainted at the wheel and I was admitted to Banbury general, luckily Banbury is the little know european capital for retired pirates and so they routinely fitted me a replacement hook - they even threw in alternative fur covered claw although I have not found a use for this yet. Got back to Nam 2ish
