my internet banking wont let me in . it says the my pass word is rong but theres no way it is . so it disables my account and sends me a new pass number , so a get that and still says my pass word is fucked so go through it all to change it and now iv got to ring them , 35p min , takes 3 mins to get to the point that it says they are bizzy and will be over 5 mins till they answer . fuckin load of balls

If you want it resolved m8 you gotta take the pain of 35p a min

will i fuck , iwll go in and kick off . at least i will use there fuckin phone

35p x 3 just with the menus = 105

and if stay in the cue to sort it it will be 3 to 5 minits the first time , say 3 = 105

and over 5 minites the other 2 times so i minimum of 175 .

so at best thats £2,10 (if my maths is rite ) before i even speak to anyone . and how often can they actually help ? and how long well i be on the phone for if they can ?

i think it takes the piss . specialy when its there fuck up
