and we saw a red bug today on groster rd with rusty wheel trims . tryed to catch it but was stuck at the jjb spot light as normal .

ive never had a stereo in a beetle so im probably the worst person to ask
you only need a 12v feed with an inline fuse, which you could do from the battery...
or just take a feed from one of the outputs on the fuseboards, i get confused with bug fuseboards so couldnt recomend one, probably not your lights as it could end up dimming one side. just put a multimeter across them and find a 12v, run a cable, earth another cable, and get a bare wire iso block (about a fiver from hellfrauds) and wire it in.
its hard to explain cos its one of those things you know EXACTLY what your doing when u do it, but when your explaining it you forget evrything haha.
im sure someone will come along and explain it better, are you coming over in the bug when i get the cans for you? will have a look then if im not rushing out or anything!
