I aint got a clue..if its fixed and doesnt move,then you wont be able to go lower with it in the way

No need - you can unbolt the whole thing

Undo the bottom of the drop links where they go through the cups on each axle tube, then unbolt the top of the drop links from the Z bar that runs across the car..... then unbolt the whole Z bar itself. (its behind the white cover next to the top shock mounts)

then what after all that do i just ride on the stops

if your going really low you will need to cut the stops off,or at least down a bit

perhaps id better just bring the jack to the next meet and ask one of you guys whats what cos i easily get

I have a suspicion that you already are. Theres a nick in the paint on the springplate where it appears to have hit the chassis already. Second picture down ? You could get it a bit lower by removing some of the chassis there though, and like Dickie says - chopping the bump stops down a bit (read: LOT)

got ya you could be right so if i cut that little nib off on the chassis and a bit off the top off the stop should gain an inch wouldnt i

If it was me, I'd cut it off, and weld in a bit of thick steel to fill the gap it leaves. But then I like making work for myself doing things properly
