Head cutting

Anyone know where i can get my heads cut to 90.5mm??? locally

Ive tried 2 engineering places today and they either dont have the tooling or dont have the time

Ain't there an old boy behind the wine bar who used to do that sort of thing used to skim the heads for everyone can't remember his name
