i walked a few miles this week and rode aboput 20 , want to do alot more this year , iv quite enjoyed it

i love it. me, mrs mint and amberley are doin it.
its 22 miles and climbs from 248' above sea level and peaks at 1692' above sea level.

im doin 14.8 miles a day on my delapidated mountain bike too

i tried my old road bike on wednesday, shit. felt every bump and feels like i nearly lost my left bollock. i'll stick with the mountain bike i recon
