how can i lower my van without shorter springs ?

baz , rob , anyone with any ideas ? i cant find springs anywhere , is there a way round it ? i remember baz did something with the front of the bay ?

could a cut the springs a way that would be safe ?

could i cut the springs in the middle and wind then together a bit the secure them together with U clamps or weld ?

any idea what springs i could try off something els ?

? could i buy them air shocks robs mate had and set them a a level for no until i got the pump and other bits ? if so could anyone hazard a guess it how hard and how much it would cost to fit them ?

need your help chaps cuz im stuck .

I'd go with cutting the springs. Very Happy

I don't think the air shocks will lower it. They just lift a lowered van back up if you see what I mean....

i looked into it and without getting into buying new shockers with more travel as they cant handle shorter springs without bottoming out. smile
