I had a look on ebay for a gearbox for ya mate but there was fuck all in the toy section

Ground to a halt I believe - I think the emphasis may have been on the grinding...

The auto box had been whining quite badly for a while and slowly got worse and the poor car got slower and slower untill death

whatever you do Toast, don't buy a recon box from Belwood Autos (sell on ebay) . . . me, them & * ****** *** have an appointment some time after the way they fucked Toby about !

Would it be too much of a mission to make it into a manual? I;d have though the parts would be easy enough to get from a breaker - I'd expect the auto's were pretty rare???

you'd have to change the pedal cluster, gear shift & all kindsa shizzle

Well obviously - still I'd have thought it was a pretty rare box, auto Micra's arn;t exactly thick on the ground.

couldnt replays it for less than £800 . 50k top spec pas and all that, fsh , i no the car inside out , new ish test on it , it is perfect for what i do with it . drive out the box . so £300 to mend wouldnt be to bad . if i had £300 that is . found a couple of box's for £200 but there miles away with no garuntys

want to get it out so i can comparegood and defo get the rite one . no masive hurry as got the little 106 till its done

me and baz talked about going manual but recon it would cost simuler and harder work and id rather have the auto in it

ps and i love the little bugger . its part of the family
