Because he is effectively abusing the user policy on ebay and not actually selling anything on there... just using it to place an advert for free, getting people to contact him direct.

it worked for about 10 minits . still it was nice lieing in a puddle of oil and rain all day , driving 300 miles spending a bomb i aint got and another 15 for oil cuz it got spilt .. i am furuly fucked off .
