Pre - Cruz camping

We're a couple of pints in. so please excuse the spelling!

I'v found a couple of places where e can camp as a club and have a fire, but they are all out in the sticks and so we would be required to be up and about and ready to hit the road by 10.30 to be at the racecourse by 12 for the cruise departure.

Folks who still want to do this then give me a shout. No point if its just two or three, but if you can confirm for deffo then I can sort.

they all want a deposit up front which I can pay - but (and sorry to sound all heavy handed) if you say you're coming and dont pitch up the I will want you to pay your share of the deposit cash

Let me know if your up for it and I will sort

But is the campsite really gonna be an hour and a half away from chelt???
Im not sure many will want to drive out that far for a one night camp over

camp site 30 mins from racecourse
we seem to take 3 times as long to pack up and cover any distance though
planning based on worst poss scenario

Hmmmm , thi k is we we need to be the the race corse at 11:30 at the latest as the cruz comes first I think , and as said we can be a bit shit . I raely fancy the campin but it does look a bit close now I fink about it .

Sorry Lads but before you posted this the cruz time was changed to 11 start as same as last year....if we start at 12 there will be to much traffic.

I still wanna do the camp over
12 start was ok for the cruise last year wasn't it?

was meet at 11 for 12 start i think . i fink its nice to get there and see everyone before the off . what ever we do i will be at the rac cors for 11 or very close .

Winchcome way, but I haven't booked anything yet as I need numbers to sort.

the pubs the same one as last time unleess it rains . if it dose we will have a plan B witch will be close by
