BT have been over charging me for 2 / 3 years

what a bunch of cunts , about £9 extra a month for years , i thought my bill was quarterly but it was monthly , i know i should of checked but paper work aint my strong point .

iv got £50 back off um and its sorted but still .

anyways just having a wine

and it took 3 calls , 2 emails and live chat to get someone admit it , the first 4 just lied at me . the las women sorted it all out in 10 mins , show what a lot of cunt they are in call centres
