Bad week for FDK

Another problem.
Bug failed the MOT last Friday.
The tin worm have finally got hold . Only cost £120 to get the welding done though so not bad.
Also failed on inbalanced front brakes. What can cause this? It's was a new disc brake conversion put on 4 days before. so can't work it out?

Air in the system????

is it drums on the front mate or discs???

Use to be drums, now discs.
Bleed the system til no more bubbles in line.
All I can think is maybe some wheel bearing grease may have got on the disc. Will give it all a clean and re-bleed them again. After that a few emergency stops are on the cards to bed them in.
Hope that'll be enough.

When you say brake imbalance was one more efficient than it should be or less efficient ?

Ain't got a scobby do what the gauges are meant to read, but think one was on 150ish and the other 200ish (not sure what the scale was).
