broke i phone

anyone else had to send anyting back ? my middle button has gone on the phone and when i get the feeling back in my face after my filling im going to ring them. just wondered what kind of service they offer and if anyone else has haad dealings with them ??

Ye just seen that but I'd prefer to chat to some one on the phone in person.
Vodafone have said I can go instore but after the service I've had with them I'd rather go straight to apple .
