1600 notes is a pretty good price to be honest Taze........mk4's seem to command good money.

Going rate for a 2000 GT GTI 115 with that kinda mileage is around £2k so that's not a bad price

Not sure you can run veg oil in it though... I think on the 115, you can maybe run bio but not straight veg oil. Worth checking the engine code & reading up on it
