Shower question

I need a new flexi pipe bit for my shower, cuz the old one is split.

I have a mira combiforce 415.

Is this what I need, and can I just unscrew the old one and screw on this one >

And whats a good (not mega expensive) shower screen ? Don't want a folding one, or one who's rubber seals perish, cuz I already have one of those, and am getting a bit bored of wiping water from the kitchen floor.

You talking bout the hose that goes to the shower head? You can just swap this bit the new 1 should come with washers if not just reuse old ones. As to screens I think personal choice look around you might get Easter sale somewhere.

Yep, the bit that goes from the dial bit to the shower head - are they universal ? Can I get a £5 one from wilko's ?

I got my current folding screen from wickes I think, but the seal between the folding panels fell out, and the seal at the bottom is perishing and not very big. So I want a proper one now.

Yeah most are universal. Like I say screens are personal choice. as a plumber can't go wrong with novelline though but expensive.

They are a tad out of my price range !

No need for a pm, I'm poor and getting poorer with every bit of the house that breaks, I was reckoning on up to £100. Its a shower screen to go over a bath, with a good seal so I dont have any more showers in the kitchen. It doesnt have to be fancy, it just has to work. Ta

I reckon I could prib get you 1 for around 130 standard an a novelinni for 150. Prob be cheaper to go b&q screw fix!

Yas please. I dont trust B&q (for no particular reason)if I'm spending a lot (by my standards)of money, and a quick look at screwfix says the cheapest is £150ish.

I need a shower screen... was just going to get one of the 50quid jobbies from B&Q. Are they no good then jammin?

There ok mate I think it's personal choice but never had any call backs with any novellini or iflo I've fitted.
