He had Giles Coran on the show talking about the history of our food and discussing this ^^^^^^

Nope. It was a program last night on bbc where they dismantled an old Chippy 'saloon' brick by brick and built it in another place. They also remade an old horse drawn, wooden framed, cold fired, mobile chippy !
