clever people - i i had an ice-cream van what would i have to do so i could use it and sell ice-ream on the road ?

how do i get one ? is it expensive ? do i need a some sort of street trader license / pemition ?

if you pull up in a layby you will need a council permit as for on the street im not sure !!
ill ring me mum now as i no she has a food hygene licence not sure how she got it tho !!
