mobile tuner

Any body know a good local home tuner? My dad's having trouble with his recently resurrected 1953 Rover 75 and he can't seem to get it running right so can't drive it to a garage. I've run out of ideas   

I had one of them , has it got the rear soaside doors ?

yeah. it's ace! bench seats, column change and trafficators. Shame it doesn't work

I had one just to get the plate off 1107 AC that I sold for 3k . The car went of for banger racing . Iv still got the v5 that I have to sorn every year . This was 15 years ago
