Well what can I say I've had an addiction to it for a good year !!!!!

I've been off it a week now and can honestly say I haven't missed reading the weather reports !!!
Or reading how people have done the house work and hung the washing out.

As I'm sure people haven't missed my druvken rants and abuse

So the fact I haven't missed it probably means it was a habit to kill 5 mins here and there

iv been off it 16 months , i miss the odd party and sometime miss intresting new but all in all im much happyer not watching people i dont care about having more fun than me , it was not good for my head and getting new from people in the pub is far more enjoyable , when i see people i actually want to know what they have been up to .
