DVLA engine swap

we used to work on a ice cream van and we was aloud to have what we wanted , it was ace but i would never have anythin that wernt sealed after seeing how disgusting it was in side ,

My insurance company were happy with the engine change. It's just the DVLA that seem to want proof.
