You have to take the beam out drill out the dimpels holding the center coller in place (both tubes) make slot where the locating screw go's into the tube and coller so it can rotate around the tube. at this point you weld in the adjusters. smile

i done mine meself pretty much how the pics show (although i didnt lay down pigeon shit welding like that lol )fitting the adjusters is a piece of p... getting the beam out is a little harder but not that hard if its not rusted on i d never done one before but i did it.
didnt drop mine much just a few inches loads better i thinks
CSP adjusters are what i fitted bout 80 squids each i think now
if yer dont have any luck with finding a lowered beam get the old one out and i can weld in the adjusters for ya matey

If you don't specifically NEED to be able to adjust the height at the front again, after you've lowered it................... you don't need expensive adjusters.

When you've drilled the dimples you cut a slot the right length for the drop, screw a beetle wheel bolt in the tapped hole in the centre section (same thread), and knock it round. Then weld it all back up again.

One lowered beam - no parts required.

edit: needs critical measurement & calculations - the slot length is critical to the drop you'll get wink
