I'm no legal bod but I have had some run in's with the council and county highways over trees so I only know a bit mate TBH. I'd have thought they would be liable if their tree damages Di's car though.

Knock their door, and take it from there - that's what I'd probably do

i dont like posting to be honest i get a bit intimidated by the self righteous on there to be honest
