sealing stuff

whats best to stop this ??? the bus was sprayed in thailand .
im led to believe that the paint hasnt stuck verywell as it was sprayed in humid conditions !
the bust in fairness is not rusty and metal has no rust holes in !!
just the paint is peeling off.
what do rat look people use to stop the rust taking hold ?

Not an expert but rub it right back etch primer them primer then paint

he doesnt want to paint it again was just going to lacquer it type thing stop the water getting behind paint

looking at that pic,i would be very concerned about what is under the rest of the paint....

ive heard of a few vans from thailand being like this and it dont end up good if left......it rots from the inside out....

im no paint expert mate...but i would really REALLY consider getting a pro to check it all out....


if they sprayed in humid/damp conditions then the whole van could be like that underneath....

if it were my van ( an di know the expense and labour and time involved) i would be getting the complete van checked over...........


my own view again is.............if that were my van............i would be very concerned....

he sent me that pic on sat
and im 99%sure it was sprayed over there ............even it wasnt there are defo some issuses somewhere

No worries mate......there were quite a few of these bussess that came from thailand had this problem....
