oh yeah forgot... I was having a look and this is the cheapest I found

Baumatic BDW45 £198.00

dunno how good it is so you may wanna check it out on which? smile

Tar !, They don't review that one on which, but they do review Baumatic BFD64SS, free standing full size one. It got 46% and the summery says
Pros: None really - gives a fairly average performanceCons: Noisy, slow, leaves watermarks
I think I would want one rated A for washing ideally smile

If you have gone to Howdens that was where we would have taken you! So it should be a good price!!! smile

Never bought a kitchen from magnets trade yet have always bought other stuff like plaster board and plaster when they were the cheapest in town if you can believe it!

I haven't got any catalogue to look at here! Shiny gloss sounds nice!

Did Howdens have any hobs or cookers up to scratch?

I will ask the wife about the dishwasher!

I haven't really asked about howdens cookers or hobs. They do a fully integrated slimline dishwasher for £346, the very nice howdens lady said its their own make (but I guess that really it's made by someone else) and she doesn't know of any that have been returned faulty. But spending £346 on a dishwasher is quite scary when you consider marigolds cost 30p from wilkos and washing up liquid isn't much more ! Having said that tho, I really want a dishwasher bounce

Not really (except for it being smooth and shiny lol ), it looks like the night sky with really sparkly stars Very Happy .. But it cost £300 per metre from B&q affraid , so I want a cheaper alternative that looks the same... not sure I'm going to be able to get one tho lol
