A win gives us 5 points, 2 draws and a win.
That will mean Solvenia will have 4 point 1 win, 1 draw, 1 lose.
If Solvenia win they will have 7 points, win the group and knock us out.

Scratch that, we can go up via a draw. As long as USA draw, but we also have to draw with goals scored. if USA draw 0-0, we have to draw 2-2 to equal the goals scored by the US, otherwise USA go through on goal difference. (feel free to correct this, my head hurts)
