Anti roll bar?

On the bottom of beetle king & link pin beam I have a anti roll bar which all the brackets bar 1 have rusted off so I need to remove and replace?!!
If I remove it does it really need this ?
Would it be an m.o.t failure !!!!!

I'm no expert but I took the one off my buggy and it was fine

It doesn't do many miles or go fast can't see it being a problem more concerned about the m.o.t but I doubt it will even get picked up;-)
I think I will leave it off will have it if it needs to go back on!!

To be honest I wouldn't of thought it makes much deference

Mot will be fine at mine or the revs place

Cheers every1 can't wait to get it back on road only having Saturdays to work on it feels like things are taking ages sort.
